微言大義的（形容詞）

(adjective) Speaking in few words; terse.

EXAMPLE: My pauciloquent grandfather never spoke more than a dozen words at one time.

我的爺爺微言大義，每次說話從不超過12個單詞。

被遺漏（非正式）

(INFORMAL) To be overlooked; to be unintentionally neglected. (NOTE: also, "to fall between the cracks").

EXAMPLE: The people of the endangered town were warned of the coming disaster, but unfortunately a couple people living on small, almost hidden streets fell through the cracks, and did not hear the order to evacuate.
