????Though it barely eked out a spot on this year's list, coming in at No. 100, pharmacy-services company Catalyst had a bumper year in 2010. Revenues climbed 30% last year to a record-high $3.8 billion, and profits climbed 24% to $81 million.

????The company, which helps businesses and insurers maintain tighter control over their prescription costs, doubled its customer base by acquiring Walgreen's pharmacy-benefits manager unit in June -- bringing the count to 18 million from 7 million.
