While the national average for a salary increase from year-to-year is 2.5%, these increases ranged from 5% to 11%. To come up with the list, Glassdoor looked at salary reports between Sept. 26, 2014 and Sept. 25, 2015, as well as Sept. 26, 2015 and Sept. 25, 2016. It grouped together similar jobs into a single title and excluded internships. Job titles needed at least 300 salary reports during jobs in order to make Glassdoor’s final list. When it comes to base pay, rather than total compensation, these are the 13 jobs with the biggest percentage increase in their median base pay over the past year: 13.
